Born in Harlem, New York, in 1932, Noble rose to prominence as the host and producer of the groundbreaking television program 'Like It Is,' which aired on WABC-TV from 1968 to 2011, offering incisive commentary on civil rights, urban issues, and cultural milestones. His book 'Black Is the Color of My TV Tube' chronicles the challenges and triumphs of Black media representation, drawing from his firsthand encounters in the industry. Noble's work bridged journalism and activism, earning him numerous awards, including an Emmy, and cementing his legacy as a voice for the voiceless until his passing in 2012.
