Born in 1792 in Fairford, Gloucestershire, Keble's early academic brilliance led him to Corpus Christi College, Oxford, where he became a fellow and later ordained as a priest. His seminal work, The Christian Year (1827), a collection of poems aligned with the church calendar, profoundly influenced Victorian spirituality and inspired countless readers with its devotional depth.
