About the Author

John R. E. Bliese is an author whose work examines the evolving relationship between political ideas, environmental concerns, and American public life. In The Greening Of Conservative America, Bliese explores the ways conservation and ecological responsibility intersect with conservative thought, inviting readers to reconsider familiar assumptions about the political landscape. His writing is attentive to intellectual history, ideological change, and the practical meanings of civic debate. Through a clear, analytical approach, Bliese contributes to conversations about how competing traditions can respond to shared challenges and how American politics continues to develop in response to changing social and environmental priorities.
