About the Author

Kayleb Rae Candrilli is an acclaimed poet whose work delves into the raw intersections of identity, trauma, and resilience, often drawing from personal experiences of queerness and chronic illness to illuminate the human condition with unflinching honesty. A Pushcart Prize nominee and winner of the Lambda Literary Award, Candrilli's poetry resonates with a tender ferocity, blending vulnerability with a fierce celebration of survival.
