Lesley Suter is a culinary writer and chef whose passion for Italian cuisine was ignited during her years living in the vibrant food scene of Los Angeles. Drawing from her experiences in bustling kitchens and sun-drenched markets, she blends authentic Italian traditions with the innovative spirit of L.A.'s diverse culinary landscape. In her debut cookbook, Bestia: Italian Recipes Created in the Heart of L.A., Suter shares over 100 recipes inspired by the acclaimed restaurant Bestia, where she honed her craft as a sous chef.
