Rav Michah Markowitz is a respected scholar and editor specializing in Jewish liturgy and mystical traditions. His meticulous work preserves and presents the customs of Spanish Jewish communities as reflected in the Venetian prayer books of 1524, guided by the teachings of the Arizal.
